DXN Team Marketing

DXN Team Marketing is a method of sharing information between people that result in moving products from the manufacturer to the consumers. In DXN Team Marketing, when people tried the products and recommended them to others, this results to earning your bonuses and commissions. Not like before, we are happily sharing good products to our relatives, friends, colleagues, neighbors and etc. but no rewards for doing it. In DXN you will receive your rewards and your team for doing the same efforts.

Three Ways to Earn in DXN

(1) Retail Profit and Personal Bonus – One of the areas of income from DXN is in personal retailing or better called “sharing”. For doing it, you will receive up to 25% retail profits plus up to 37% personal bonus (rebates) when you share the products to others. It is done by simply by using them and sharing our experiences to others. We call this “Transferred Enthusiasm” because the word-of-mouth is remarkably a powerful form of retailing.

(2) Group Bonus – In addition to retail profits, you can earn commissions from other distributors’ sales as you build your business. We call these “Group Bonuses”, it is the result when you developed a team of unlimited distributors in your organization. The more you build the more of the residual income you will earn.

(3) Leadership Bonus – The next way to earn money in DXN is the Leadership Bonus. This is the area where Team marketing really pays off. The Leadership Bonus allows you to generate a lifetime “residual income”. And DXN still rewards you from someone in your team who made sales because you have trained them to build their DXN business just like yours. It’s the power of multiplication – the power of leveraging your time to others. You multiply yourself to others and by doing it you could have more time to enjoy to do the things you love with family, friends and with your favorite sports or hobby while earning your DXN income.

Who Can Join DXN and How?

Anyone who is 18 years and above, male or female and want to improve their lifestyles. One must have a sponsor – and it is a DXN member. He/she must be an ambitious and motivated person. He/she must have the will to build his DXN Team Marketing and would be ready to invest his part time at least 7 –10 hours a week of his/her free time. The more time and effort he will spend to this opportunity, the greater the rewards and we call it a “Fair Compensation Plan”.

How to Get Started?

To get started with DXN opportunity plan – you have to meet and communicate with the person who shared this opportunity with you so he can answer any of your questions about DXN and it can be done by telephone conversation, by emails, by chatting or by physical meeting. paulpruel_dxn_id1 You will get free products that you can immediately use, colored product catalogue and manual plus your DXN lifetime and worldwide membership ID card. Attend the weekly meetings and seminars to acquire the knowledge, tools and training you need to build a successful business. Then sponsor others into DXN and teach them the proven DXN business principles.

Knowledge is Power

Meeting people with different customs, cultures and traditions and learning from them are exciting and memorable one and that is power! Thanks to Wikipedia for the Images in this article.

Thawb or Thobe For some years of working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, I could now walk straight on the open road with peace in mind and without fear. Now I could stand talking to some Saudis. They are friendly and hospitable people. And I learned that through appreciation and understandings with their cultures and abiding the laws regulated in the Kingdom are the most important things to consider.

  • Saudis are Generous People
  • Some of Saudis Customs
  • Saudis Receive Guests with Complete Attention
  • Things to Avoid
  • What to do if there is Unpleasant encounter with the Muttawa?
  • Knowledge is Power

Abaya I learned that Saudis are distinguished as good-groomed, loving, friendly and generous people. Saudi men wear their national clothes, a floor - length garment called thobe. Their heads are covered with a white or red and white-checkered scarf called ghutra, which they wear it indoors, and outdoors. In public the women wear black outer garment called abaya and a black veil over their heads and faces. They often wear black gloves as well.

In social conversations or even in the opening of business conversations, for Saudis there is always small talk in which an interest is shown in the health and well being of the other party. In conferring with Saudis, one should not show impatience or causeless rapidity. It is not practice by Saudis to introduce a visitor to their wives or daughters. But by way of politeness, a visitor can inquire about a female member of the family. For them it is chary and appropriate to ask about the family rather than the wife or daughter. When you invite a couple do not be surprised when only the man comes. And to sit or relaxing in a chair, with the legs so crossed, with the soles of the shoes, can offend to them.

To read the full article click Things that Count.

Saudis received guests with complete attention, and lavish hospitality of any circumstances. When in any kind of invitation is received, a prompt answer is expected from invited visitor in the language in which the invitation was extended. Saudi's coffee flavored with cardamom is first served in a small cup; three cups may be consumed, but it is impolite even if the bearer offers it to you and you will take a fourth. Then a sweetened tea is served in a small glass, and it is follows by unlimited quantities.

Ghutra_1 Saudis' dinner parties begin late in the evening. It is often around 9 and 10 PM. There are plenty of snacks to eat. Dinner is served as a climax to the evening's merriment. Any thing: foods, gifts or drinks to be received from a Saudi host, it should be taken with the right hand.

Expatriates in order to avoid counteract with the Muttawa or religious police, for immigrant women should wear an abaya. It should be used properly; otherwise it can offend many Saudis. Immigrant women if not wearing an abaya, they should wear garments, that are loose fitting, with hemmed in below mid-calf or ankle length, sleeves elbow length and necklines modest.

For men, they should wear long trousers and skirts that are not open below the collarbone in public. Religious police enforce ban on men wearing neck jewelry, when visiting the souqs (markets, malls and other public areas). It is inapt for men and women to touch publicly other than a brief handshake or to give assistance to a person crossing a street.

Mosque_Salah If in any unpleasant encounter with the Muttawa or with the police and for any reason should be sent to jail immediately contact your consulate or embassy or if you are working in a company, immediately contact the office of your company for help. The affairs of the Kingdom and its citizens are regulated in accordance with the Islamic law.

Your blog sites are great help to bring traffics aside from twitter, facebook and other social networks. Your blog sites will help promote whatever article published at the sites you're contributing.

So far, I am maintaining at least three blogsites at wordpress and six blogsites at blogger. My personal blogsites helped me much for promoting my articles posted at triond, bukisa, wikinut and at allvoices.

The titles, tags and descriptions of my blog sites are also helpful to attract traffics and viewers. So I would have need to create an attractive blog sites. I included music, videos, mp3s, photos and other things attractive to the eyes of my visitors. And also turned my articles to mp3 too.

    Rose means to Remember

Rose Description Roses for me are universal flowers that mostly of us would love to see, to touch and to smell them. Roses have so many uses. Some of us offer them to our Patron Saints during fiestas and other occasions. Roses have also become the national flowers of some countries of the world. Roses also symbolize blood, love, beauty and social democracy.

Roses are native to Asia, Europe, North America, and Northwest Africa. Roses are widely grown for their beauty and fragrance. It is a shrub of the genus Rosa, within the family Rosaceae. Its name Rose comes from French, from Latin, rosa, which was borrowed from Oscan, from Greek rhodion, from Old Persian wurdi "flower".

Click the link to read the full article: Rose means to Remember

In horticulture roses are propagated by grafting or rooting cuttings. Grafting or rooting cuttings are common ways to plant the roses. Anyone can do it. There is no need for a wide space to plant the roses. They can be cultivated in an open terrace, in the backyards and front yards. They can be planted in plastic pots, earthen pots and wooden pots or directly to the soil with sunlight and water.

350px-All_Saints_Day,_1984,_Oswiecim,_Poland_Img871 Roses are commonly used in weddings, anniversaries and birthdays. And during all Saints day and Souls day that fall on November 1 and 2 for Christians, to see the clusters of roses are common with bunch of candles. These roses are meant to remembering of their love ones, who departed long ago. On funerals we also smell roses. They express sympathy to the bereaved families.

Every time I see a flower rose, I always remember that particular day. I took three red roses that worth of 5 peso from a flower shop, outside our high school building, for my sweetheart with my promise to pay the owner that I will comeback after our class that afternoon, but I did not keep my promise. I forgot to pay her. Now it is already 32 years ago and the owner had died already. Rose for me means to remember debt!

If there is Awareness and Will, Pollution can be Controlled

Overview of main health effects on humans from...

    Image via Wikipedia

We, the people of the world, should help reduce it. What good is prosperity when pollution could damage people, animals, water and surroundings?

The Oil spills, solid wastes and dangerous chemicals from homes, factories or farms, emptied into rivers, lakes and bays damage our health and surroundings. They devastate aquatic life. The air we breathe, poisoned by automobile and factory emissions, causes asthma and allergies. Rotting wastes in our surroundings are breeding grounds for flies and mosquitoes, which are carriers of malaria, dengue fever and other killer diseases.

Click the link to read more: If there is Awareness and Will, Pollution can be Controlled

Since pollution is always connected with prosperity, we cannot stop it entirely. But we can reduce it. An environmental sanitary program, involving government agencies and nongovernmental organizations, should chalk out the sanitary measures that need to be taken.

No One Would Like to be Adults

"Oh old bastard, I'll give you some good ...

    Image via Wikipedia

What if the world ruled by children? Could it be one of the best places in the universe because children are never greedy and never tries to cheat?

The world would not become a den of several criminal crimes such as war, graft and corruption, terrorism, rebellion, cheating, drug addiction, rape, smuggling, kidnapping, sex slavery and prostitution, child abuse, spousal abuse, and other heinous crimes. But we should know also that kids can be much crueler than adults. The world would be like a big trash pile because children don’t put anything away. The world would become messier and full of lost things.

Click the link to read more: No One Would Like to be Adults

And the rate of development would be slower because children want something just for fun and are apt to ignore something related to world development.

If they were bank directors they would spend all the money on games, candies or parties. Adults would have to work not to receive money, but toys, candies and chocolate. Most school classes would disappear. The world would be rough and wild.

Is Genital Mutilation a Human Right Violation?

Illustrated account of the circumcision ceremo...

    Image via Wikipedia

Many circumcised males live with constant irritation to their exposed glands, these results from friction against their clothing during work or exercises. Female circumcision is a horrible tradition practised in some cultures. It involves the removal of the clitoris and other sensitive parts that are vital to female sexual response; the female is castrated, not circumcised. The girl's genitalia are stitched together in such a way that sex will be painful and childbirth horrific.

Click the link to read more: Is genital Mutilation a Human Right Violation?

In Genesis 17, God said to Abraham, "Every male among you shall be circumcised. You are to undergo circumcision, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and you. For the generations to come every male among you who is eight days old must be circumcised, including those born in your household or bought with money from a foreigner—those who are not your offspring. Whether born in your household or bought with your money, they must be circumcised. My covenant in your flesh is to be an everlasting covenant. Any uncircumcised male, who has not been circumcised in the flesh, will be cut off from his people; he has broken my covenant."

How to Deal with Spammers and Scammers Professionally?

Everyday my mail boxes at hotmail, yahoo and gmail are always full of unsolicited spams from people I don’t know. Although they are spams or scams I don’t delete them. Instead, I saved them in a folder with marked spams.

We have to understand and even to accept it that spammers, scammers and other hoaxers are using internet and World Wide Web to look for victims. They are everywhere. Some of them are using forum groups and other egroups, twitter and other social networks to spot for their next victims. And we should not be surprised also that anything we sent off to internet either they’re personally or privately posted, still they can be accessed by other net users through the power of search engine. I, myself had proven it.

Check out the link to read more:

How to Deal with Spammers and Scammers Professionally?

How to stop them?  By deleting spams at your spams section could not stop them. Based from my experience and the method I used to stop them from sending unsolicited mails to my mail box, I faced them politely, friendly and professionally by replying them. When I read their messages, I could not identify its senders’ addresses but when I replied them, it was yahoo who helped me identified the senders’ emails addresses.

My reply reads “I am happy to receive your communication Mr. or Mrs. so and so, and I am interested and very willing to engage business with you. For the meantime visit this link (the link going to my blog article) it caters all the information you needed.” And before ending my email letter, I would write, “Also I would request you to deposit at least 100$ to my PayPal account. The Media Law is Not Fair

    People for the Media Law

It said, “The media law describes a journalist as a person who collects, disseminates and provide information to the media, based on a contract with the media, or who is a member of a journalists’ union.”

If you are a blogger, think about it. The description of the media law mentioned above gives you and idea on how to enjoy rights and protections that a journalist entitled to. The only difference is that you are a blogger and he is a journalist.

Now think about it again, if a journalist posses the ability to collect, disseminates and provide information to the media – you blogger can do it also. If the journalist is a member of a journalists’ union – you blogger can apply to become a member of a journalists’ union. The people behind a Journalists’ union are not purely journalists. Some of them are bloggers like you and I.

How to provide information to the media based on a contract?

The mechanic is as easy as 123 steps based from my experience. Don’t forget that you are a blogger but you can write as nice the way a journalist does. Sometimes a blogger could write even better than a journalist. If a journalist gathers, evaluate, distribute fact of current interest, and writes stories for print and electronic distribution often with the guidance of editors or producers – you bloggers can also enjoy them.

How to Determine BMI Without Seeing a Doctor?

Simplified graph of body mass index

    Image via Wikipedia

If you want to know your weight and determine it if it is healthy weight, overweight, obese and morbidly obese you would need the following: Kilograms or Weigh Scales and a Meter. These are the things needed to determine your Body Mass Index (BMI) or Quetelet index.

Body Mass Index (BMI) is a heuristic measure of body weight based on a person’s weight and height. Though it does not actually measure the percentage of body fat, it is used to estimate a healthy body weight based on a person’s height, assuming an average body composition. Due to its ease of measurement and calculation, it is the most widely used diagnostic tool to identify weight problems within a population, usually whether individuals are underweight, overweight or obese.

The mechanics: Take your weight in kilograms then divide it by your height in meters and when you get the result divide your height in meters again. Sample: your weight is 150kls, your height is 2.5 meters = 150/2.5=60/2.5=24. Your total weight is 24.

The Body Mass Index for a Healthy Weight is from 20 to 24; for the Body Mass Index for an Overweight is from 25 to 29; for the Body Mass Index for an Obese is from 30 to 39; while for the Body Mass Index for the Morbidly Obese is 40 plus.

How to Master Your Lessons Without Memorizing Them?

I am not suggesting you to do the same what I have done. But from my experience with this method, I learned and mastered the lessons so quickly without memorizing them. And I thought this might helps the students, parents, teachers, professionals, businessmen/women and other human beings to learn this formula, I discovered.

21-08-10_1119 On the day, I became a DXN distributor – I learned that in order to enjoy success with the business I started, I must have to study the different lessons that are being taught to the new DXN partners. At least I have to attend 5 times for BOM (Business Opportunity Meeting), 5 times for DOP (Distributors Orientation Program), 5 times for Ganotherapy and to familiarize some of the testimonials from other DXN networkers around the world who have succeeded with their DXN business.

During my training and seminars, I discovered a formula that helped me learn quickly with my DXN lessons without memorizing them. This formula will also work for students, teachers and other professionals. This is about digesting the lessons by using the 5ws formula and how.

How this method works? Suppose your lesson today is about BOM (Business Opportunity Meeting). While listening to your mentor, start digesting the lesson by using the 5ws and how formula. The 5ws stand for the following: Who, What, Why, When and Where. All the possible answers that would answer Who - put them under Who. Do it also with What, Why, When, Where and How.
